My retirement definition is the time beyond your full time career / paid work. The word Retirement can be problematic and perhaps not fit for our times. You may be more comfortable with other words beginning with the prefix re, eg refire, retyre, reconnect or renaissance.

Opportunity for self reflection, and for discussion in a small group. Practical exercises and tools for you to use to build a happy and rewarding life beyond work. The opportunity of working with an experienced facilitator and someone who has lived experience. This format has worked really well as there is an opportunity to connect over an extended period and helps build clarity and accountability.

Retirement workshops online in small groups of 4-6 people for 3 sessions of 3 hours, 2 hours and 1 and ½ hours over a 6-9 month period with access to a what’s app group for one year from commencement.
